Return Policy
The online store naked-underwear.com makes sales based on our excellent designs and proven reliability. We have a quality assurance team to check that your ordered products work properly before being packed and shipped, so the quality of our products is guaranteed. However, you must carefully confirm your size before purchasing (a size measurement will be displayed under each item)..
If you are not satisfied with the items you received, it is easy for you to exchange or refund. Send an email to contact@naked-underwear.com and we will do our best.
Easy exchanges:
Do you love your order but it's too small or too big? We are happy to offer you the option to return your order in exchange for a credit so you can reorder immediately.
Refund:
It's very simple, did you order a nightgown, body jewelry, or another accessory? Send us an email and we will guide you. We will refund you as soon as we receive your item. You must pay the return fees and send us back the original package.
Under our policy and Article L. 221-28, the right of withdrawal on lingerie (bodysuit, set, and swimsuit) cannot be exercised for hygiene reasons.
However, do not worry, we have a solution, we allow the return of your order and we will refund you in the form of a credit valid on your next orders. However, you must meet certain conditions:
- Confirm the return of the package by email
- The order must be in its original condition (including intact packaging)
- Your order number must be included inside the package
- You must choose a shipping method with tracking
- The return is authorized 14 days after receiving the order. No return after this date will be accepted
We would like to remind you that the return fees are at your expense.
As soon as we receive your order, we will immediately send you the credit.
Why only offer a credit and not a refund on lingerie?
We have a very strict policy In terms of hygiene, when you return a product, we do not resell it. Your returns are systematically recycled or in rare cases offered to associations.
This allows us to guarantee a quality service and products, and above all, that you always receive new products.
Refund exception for lingerie
Refunding an order containing lingerie is only possible if you have not opened your package (intact and undetected shipping packaging); in this case, article L. 221-28 is not applicable.
Return and exchange policy
Eligibility window:
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned to our processing center within 14 days following the delivery date of your original order. No returns after this date will be accepted
Items not eligible for return
The following items cannot be refunded under our policy and article L. 221-28: bodysuits, lingerie, and swimwear.
When you order, you accept our terms and therefore cannot contest them.
Packaging requirements:
Received items must be unused, in good condition, and in their original packaging.
How to make your return or exchange:
Step 1: If you are not satisfied with the received products, please first contact our customer service and send an email to contact@naked-underwear.com for assistance.
Step 2: If you wish to exchange, it's easy! Simply inform us of the item and size you wish to exchange. If you return for a refund, our accounts department will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.
Step 3: Pack it. Place your items (in their unworn state) and invoice in a well-sealed shipping package. (If you have misplaced your invoice, simply access My account, click on your order history, select the correct order number, and print it).
Step 4: Send it to the address provided by email, attach your printed shipping label to your package (ensuring there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it). Note the tracking number so you can track its journey.
Please allow 5 business days for the package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at our processing center.
We will send you an email once we have processed your return or exchange.
Please note: We strongly encourage you to insure your package. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages that are not shipped with our label.
We will not refund orders sent after the 14-day withdrawal period.
